The owner of the online shop DISAINMET.COM (hereinafter referred to as the Online shop) is Disainmet OÜ (registration code: 12606156), located at Ilmatsalu tn 3b, Tartu linn, Tartu maakond, 50412 ESTONIA. These general terms and conditions of sale and delivery are an integral part of the orders concluded between the Online shop and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Order), which agree on the terms and conditions of sale, delivery and payment of the product or products and services or services (hereinafter referred to as the Product and/or Goods) by the Online shop to the buyer.
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
The prices of products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery fee within the Republic of Estonia is not added to the price.
The information and detailed information about the goods are provided directly with the goods in the Online Shop.
The currency in which payments are accepted is EUR(euro).
Payment methods: bank links, payment by bank transfer (the basis of the proforma invoice)
Disainmet OÜ is the controller of the personal data, Disainmet OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor ESTO AS.
In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields. After filling in the data fields, please select the appropriate payment method to pay for your order.
The contract enters into force as from the date of receipt of the amount due in the account of the Online Shop.
In the event that the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but not later than 14 days from the date of the notification.
Goods sold in the DISAINMET.EE online shop are delivered within the Republic of Estonia and to nearby European Union countries such as Finland, Latvia, Lithuania.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is also displayed at the checkout, under the shipping method.
The consignments are generally delivered within Estonia to the destination specified by the buyer within 5-10 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. The average delivery time to other countries is up to 20 working days. The exact delivery time is indicated with the product. In exceptional cases and for reasons beyond the seller's control, the right to deliver the goods within 60 calendar days.
The online shop offers a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the item. In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, a cancellation declaration/notification of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted, including the order number, the pick-up address and the reason for the return, and sent to the e-mail address info@disainmet.com no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The return address is: Ilmatsalu tn 3b, Tartu linn, Tartu maakond, 50412 ESTONIA.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is due to the fact that the goods to be returned do not correspond to the goods ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods). The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he/she has handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will reimburse the purchaser immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the request for withdrawal, all payments received from the purchaser under the contract. The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the return of the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If the purchaser has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods in the online shop is, due to a mistake, marked significantly below the market price of the goods.
The online shop is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the moment of delivery and which will become apparent within a maximum of two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Whereby, for the first six months after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption.
In the event of a defect, the Buyer has the right to contact the Online Shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@disainmet.com.
The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is liable, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online shop will refund the buyer all the fees that were included in the sales contract.
The online shop will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to info@disainmet.ee.
If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to settle the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop. The examination of the buyer's complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
